This is an embedded gallery and you can browse it with lightbox. The lightbox is a combination of lightbox and slidebox what uses ajax to get the image descriptions and builds up next/prev navigation. It also has keyaccelerator support, so you can press b for back and n or space for next, x, c or q closes the lightbox. These are all configurable and by you.
